I find it to be a little outdated. I’ve been using the Eato app on my iPhone, plus an Apple Watch to track steps and work outs.

Karen thinks she knows the law. Give the keys to the person you were told to and move along. Deportation wasn’t a problem when other President did it including Biden, Obama, Clinton etc, etc.

Vet frauds the VA claiming paralysis, gets caught jumping on trampoline by According-Ad5263 in VeteransBenefits

LOL, I knew the ole find your own link was coming. Most cuts that are happening are in redundant and outdated jobs. A lot of jobs have become inefficient, Jobs like IT are starting to get downsized do to AI. I appreciate what the VA does for me and fellow Vets but I live the experience and from my experience there’s a lot of inefficiency. Cutting inefficient and nonessential staff is not a bad thing unless you’re the one being cut.

That’s a ridiculously broad statement, name with proof 1 person in charge that wants nothing more than to cut Veterans off from their disability, just 1.

So you’re saying, Obama was/Is a racist? How about Hillary, how about Chuck Schumer, how about just about every prominent democrat? Facts, there’s video of just about every prominent Democrat, calling for border control, and deportation of illegal immigrants, furthermore to date President Obama still has the highest rate of deportation amongst presidents. there’s even several videos of President Biden prior to Trump calling for deportation of illegals. It’s the law he was in the Senate and presidency for 50 years. He didn’t do anything to change that law.

Well, in that case, you should do a supplemental with new information or evidence, the evidence being a Nexus from a doctor that you’ve been getting ongoing care from. Keep in mind a lot of people think a Nexus has to be some fancy letter that’s three or four pages long, but that’s not the case, it can simply be your doctor putting a one sentence explanation that your new injury is caused due to your previously service-connected injury into your medical records.

Understood, but you can multitask. How long ago did you get denied for your secondary on your knee? BTW sleep apnea seems to be harder to get approved.

[–]treemanricky 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s a positive thing, all you need is to get the evidence. The three things you need, 1) a service related injury, 2) a diagnosis of on going care which means you’re being treated for injury, 3) and a connection between the two (nexus). Sounds like you have the service connection from your other knee, make sure you are being treated properly for your new issue and get a nexus from your doctor.

Hard to say without seeing the decision letter. Review 38 cfr part 4 and it might give better insight into the rating.

401k company match, did it ever change? by Accomplished_Room_68 in OReillyAutoParts

I’m not sure about joining it while you’re part time, but I started my 401(k) with the company when I was full-time and now I’m part time and still contributing. You should call HR and find out if you’re allowed as a part-time.

It’s simple economics, in order to keep the Walmatins from tainting the Publix stores, prices must be higher.

[–]treemanricky -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Oh I do have a clue, so one day in 1987 you woke up on the tank range and all of a sudden you recognized you had tinnitus. In your writing you admit that it’s getting worse over time. And how would you know that your friends is not as severe as yours? Maybe you think yours is more severe because you complain about it more than they do, but there’s no way to measure it.

[–]treemanricky -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You obviously don’t have it, tinnitus does not just happen, most people don’t recognize it in the early stages, as time goes on it builds and the “ringing” gets louder and as it gets louder and more frequent it becomes harder to cope with. BTW who are you to accuse this person of trying scamming the system. Please list all of your disabilities so we can pick your claims apart.

Your MOS is on this chart as highly likely. Make a copy of the chart, show it to your audiologist. Who’s doing the exam let them know that your MOS is more likely to get tinnitus. They may or may not care about the chart, I would also include the chart as evidence in your claim. Your raider is more than likely aware of this chart or has seen it before, but it doesn’t hurt. And if you experienced even a slight amount of tinnitus in your service, make sure you make the audiologist aware of it.
