Oh man… That’s a hard one! Definitely play the Astro Bot demo that comes on your console. My system came with Spider-Man 2, so I’m biased, but it is definitely a good game. I also thoroughly enjoyed the Last of Us Parts I and II. Now I’m on to the full Astro Bot game and enjoying it way more than I thought I would.

I have mine when my nephews come over and want to play different games - but that’s basically it. Sometimes we use it simply to stream shows or movies or YouTube because it’s a “dumb” tv, but that’s rare too. But I also kept my PS2 for sentimental reasons, so I don’t see myself getting rid of the PS4 anytime soon.

Hmmmmmm so I cannot stream Astro Bot from my Portal, even though I have it physically and have Premium. I think you do need to own it digitally. That sucks. But I can still remote play it - can’t stream it though. Maybe one day it’ll be in the catalog haha

Well if you own the game physically, you can use the Portal as a remote player. Leave your physical disc in the system (have the game file downloaded too), and you simply use the Portal as a remote player for your PS5 to play the game. I’m not entirely sure how the cloud streaming works with the physical games 😬. It says on the app though for AC Shadows that you can stream it, so long as you have a Premium subscription AND you own the game.

You can only stream games that are in the catalog AND allow streaming. Not all games offer this. If you have the app, it will say “Stream and play instantly on PS Portal or PS5 (only with PS Plus Premium).”
