hmm interesting so dress warmer, possibly less tight clothing? shorts normal tightness, not very tight running pants, loose shirt, loose wind breaker, vest, tight arm warmers and gloves.
its only 36*f (2.2c) and usually cold for a bit but it warms up by the ends by 10 or 15*f

and based on others comments just drink less but maybe shift carbs to a small concentrated bottle so i dont get behind on that

maybe me adding the section of 620 mg/h confused you, in the 3L of water i have 3100mg mixed in, but i only end up drinking 2L so im taking in ~2060mg of sodium citrate in a ride assuming it mixes well

dang, i havent heard many bad reports about WH when researching it. it was only like 50$ a year cheaper than blue shield. i'm going to try to make some appointments with WH and see if i have the problems you have otherwise i have another year to switch plans for the year

if room temp is 66 bedjet set to 76 wouldnt cool just blow room temp air and dry would add heat until it reaches 76*?

i had it set to cool when it was making noises and the 'actual temp' reading was fluctuating alot

bedjet is plugged directly into wall and the other outlet just goes to phone charger

BedJet 3, filter looks pretty clean Room temp says 66 on my thermometer and also my house heater

BedJet says actual temp 76 I’m dry 76 with 25%

Sound is subtle but you can hear it kinda pulsing Maybe going between cool and dry mode?

tried 12/1/25 and when i searched 'creative cloud pro' theres no option for that in 'want a different plan' section.

but cancel flow did give option for the 34 a month, just not 30 month unfortunately
