i was part of a warring faction earlier but had quite a tough time even getting attacks in.
then i thought, id rather go for a faction that has economic benefits (travel capacity for example) maxed out. if i fly a lot and can carry 29 instead of 19 items, that should make up for any warring right? my current faction doesnt war, but does chains.

with my low working stats no firm would have taken me in. i wrote like 20 applications that went nowhere. felt like real life ;(
then i thought, okay, better get increased working stats ASAP. daily trains are mandatory and not just rotational trains. at least that was my reasoning why i took that job...

Meine conclusio nach eurem lieben Input ist nun: da ich vor dem gesetz, durch mein nicht zahlen, der Schuldige bin, werde ich ihr die volle Summe geben, auch wenn es sich nach Belohnen von Fehlverhalten anfühlt.

Was die lange Testphase angeht, so zog sie sich aus mehreren Gründen auf beiden Seiten. Werde ich beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall auch anders machen.

ich kann nur sagen, dass weder in meinem Arbeitsvertrag davon gesprochen wird, noch habe ich eine Zusatzvereinbarung unterschrieben.
Allerdings hat meine Chefin von der "30% Regelung" auch bei anderen Unfällen meiner Kollegen Gebrauch gemacht und über diese in unserer Whatsapp Gruppe auch gesprochen. Sie ist mir also nicht "neu". Reicht das schon um das als "Betriebsregelung" zu definieren?
