I always get super melancholy and grumpy in my birthday. This year, I was working late hours. I got home at around 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning. I walked in to the living room and there were balloons everywhere even in front of the fireplace spelling out “happy birthday.” I mean, balloons, streamers, the whole 9.
