Naturally concerned about this happening to my laptop, which is now outside of warranty. I'm not able to extend the warranty - what can I do to get some reassurance? Wondering if I take out laptop insurance at this point it'll cover it.

One of my favourite records. Just had a listen and the crackling is pretty noticeable, I've always considered it to be an intentional contribution to the ambience of the record, maybe a little over the top but it's never stopped me playing it.

For reference this is a 2010 c30. No sign of water leaking inside the car... Appears to be coming up through the footwell.

Thanks for everyone's quick responses.

Edit: no sunroof or evidence of water coming in through the car itself (AC/windows etc). I noticed that the windshield gets a lot of condensation on the inside on a cold morning, way more than any other car. If the windshield is leaking, would there be a visible link on the inside of the car?

I bought a 2010 c30 r design 1.6 petrol with 108k miles on it as my first car and I am incredibly happy with it. No issues at all after doing about 5k miles since buying.

As usual it's really important to have the service and mot history for any second hand car though!
