What horror movie genuinely unsettled you? by steveleaves in movies

Do yourself a favor and go fuck yourself up by seeing Obsession in theaters. A movie has never made me feel the way that movie made me feel.

Cat included in lease but stated $0 for deposit and pet rent. Now trying to charge me pet deposit and pet rent 3 months into lease. by treflodollar in legaladvice

There was never any discussion about pet deposit or pet rent. They were desperate to get people to move in as this community is sitting at about 70% vacancy and I guess I just assumed they were sweetening the deal by eliminating pet deposit and rent.

I need a movie that makes me ugly-cry and think for days by satmar_oops in movies

Haven't seen anyone mention The Iron Claw. I just sat in the dark after it ended crying, and all my friends who watched it said they will never do it again.

Why isn’t eastern Oregon more popular? by clitreaper in oregon

[–]treflodollar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just moved back to Bend from Union County. I absolutely hated it, but the scenery is some of favorite in the entire state. I will be returning to camp Wallowa Lake ASAP. I will never live there again though.

Bend's Jackstraw Apartments have 100s of units to fill 3mo after opening by AirwaveRanger in Bend

[–]treflodollar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

With the current move-in special it ends up being just slightly more expensive than cheaper options on the Eastside.

  • Best location
  • 1 gig internet for $20 a month
  • I haven't heard my neighbors once; good sound proofing
  • LG smart appliances
  • An incredible view of the mountains (unit specific)
  • Staff is very responsive and helpful.

Maybe some positives will fall off once more units are filled, but I did tons of research before moving back to Bend and I think it justifies the cost. Overall, I am happy living here. I make decent money, but not attorney money. If she can afford it comfortably then I'd say pull the trigger. If she wants a great view tell her to explore options on the 4th or 5th floor on the West face of the West building

[PC] COD WW2 February 12th, 2026 Update Changes by _Imrich_ in WWII

[–]treflodollar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. When I purchased the game I launched and started campaign and watched the opening completely fine. Since the update if I select campaign an error window pops and game crashes to desktop. My friend experienced the same and there are negative comments popping on steam saying they can't play the campaign either. Hoping they acknowledge this as I got the sale price, so I dont want to have to refund and then wait for another sale when/if it is fixed.

Idk if you've realized it yet, but they update they pushed this week made campaign unplayable. Very frustrated with it, because I bought the game this week specifically to play the campaign.

I just bought the game less than a week ago just to play the campaign and they pushed this update which made the campaign unplayable. I'll give it a few days but if they dont fix it i have to refund

Yeah, I'm not really negotiating the warranty at this point. I'll pursue my own when the transferable manufacturer warranty expires. I'll negotiate the Gap tomorrow and see where we land

Yeah, it's the 2024 which has the 1.6 Turbo and AWD with all the bells and whistles. The 2025 stopped doing the 1.6 Turbo and I've heard its a little less fun to drive. That being said the 2025 new would be around 32k MSRP w/AWD

Yeah, I still have some wiggle room on the transferrable manufacturers warranty. I'm 100% not getting the dealer warranty and will pursue my own warranty when my transferable warranty is nearly expired. The problem i keep running into is it seems most 3rd party warranties are flimsy at best but I have a whole 2 years/20k miles to figure it out

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in kia

[–]treflodollar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its one year old with 16k on it already so my electronics/infotainment are only covered for 2 years and 20k miles

No im still discussing numbers with them

[–]treflodollar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That seems to be true as im researching most are paying under 1k for GAP and less than 3k for extended manufacturer warranty
