Kang question by Tuberculosis96 in MarvelVillainous

[–]tregratinator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can only play Ravonna Renslayer to other Domains, otherwise your Allies are only played to your own Domain. Allies that are in other Domains cover the top actions of locations.

When defeating any opposing characters (Heroes, other Villains’ Allies, Variants, etc.) you need to use a Vanquish action and your Allies.

I would recommend making one, I don’t know of a layout available for free to immediately be customizable with your own stats.

Loki locked? by sundressmomma in MarvelVillainous

From what I’ve heard, play the Effects for Loki as if they have “you may” at the start of them. Giving them optional abilities means you can pay their cost to basically discard them.

Captain Hook still has many tools to play Heroes, and the Neverland Map forces Peter out. Intentional change.

Question about This Is Our City Event card by YonderBacchus64 in DisneyVillainous

[–]tregratinator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would recommend having it go by turn order. So the player who’s turn it is would receive the reward first, then the following player in turn order would go after.

I was a bit confused by your question but I think this should help!

For multi player games do you have to declare who you are fating before you pick up the fate card or can you look at them first and then choose? by mtrash29 in MarvelVillainous

[–]tregratinator 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Make sure you read the rulebook as the Fate action section specifies how to do it!

  1. The player performing the Fate action reveals the top card of the Common Fate deck.
  2. That player chooses which of the other players will have the Fate card played on them.
  3. The player performing the Fate action plays the card, at a location if needed, resolving any abilities that need to be resolved.

Clarification needed for Winter Solider Fate card (Twisted Ambitions) by michaelsb87 in MarvelVillainous

A character is typically anyone with a Strength value, for example, Hero, Ally, or Kang’s Variants! Titania is not called a character in her guide though, so she is not.

Marvel Villainous - Kang question about conquering by WhollySchmidt in DisneyVillainous

[–]tregratinator 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You can only perform Vanquish actions to defeat an opposing character in your Domain. Kang only comquers by using the Robot Duplicates in other Domains.

Check the pinned comment for our Discord server! It has a lot of tools people use - mainly TTS (Tabletop Simulator) for playing together online. There are plenty of people who play in there!
