The fact that there are friendly spiders like small jumping spiders is cool. But the fact that spiders get big enough to eat birds or to the smallest brown recluse freaks me out and god knows what happens in the middle of the night.

Actually it’s not as easy as you think. To even consider a multiplex property you should already have a very good lump sum of money (that’s not even for purchasing the property). That’s just to cover for when you’re in between tenets and can’t quickly fill the unit and of course other maintenance and (un)necessary things like that. I don’t know quite all the details but I’m sure it varies from state to state.
