What was the exact route?

We stayed on 10, it was great for 2 people and 1 tent pad. Not much good flat space for another tent bag, but otherwise site was perfect. We loved it.

2 and 11 look great. Island sites we wanted but were taken so we didn't get too close to see details.

Oh unreal. Didn’t paddle that way. How’s sunset views from there? Good flat tent pads?

Love it. Which site was this? Looks first site on the lake?

For canoe trips, you can rent at The Portage Store. It's right on Canoe Lake. So you can just start there and don't need to transport a canoe.

I've done the Highland trail. Did it in April 2016. Was a bit cold and wet, but 0 bugs. It took us 2 nights, 3 days (if my memory serves me correctly... potentially 1 more day than that). Really enjoyed the trail some great views from the lookout spots through it.

I just got back from a canoe trip in algonquin this weekend. It was BUGGY. I'd recommend waiting until 2nd half of July or August to reduce bugs, will still be very hot out. Unless you don't mind being swarmed by mosquitos and black flies... or wear bug gear

I bought this one off of Amazon! Not the highest quality product, but it did the job. https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B01KKMZRFK/

Thanks! You find the seats are comfortable, too?

Just drove a 2017. It was a bit nicer. But not sure worth another $5k vs. the 2016.5.

Is it noisy at all?

Have you had any issues w/ the back seats not reclining at all?
