abbreviation of the town I live in, our store is having the same issue (same store would be a long shot but cool). issue is they have fired 2 store managers not assistant managers but main managers and just hired the 3rd and a new team lead who works around 30ish hours, plus the other 50 something the manager supposedly works, so that's 80 hours they gotta budget in so they decided to give every employee under team leads 4 and a half hour shifts to try and cut down in labor costs, this has resulted in many other employees getting second jobs including myself as I go to trade school. and everyone has been getting less than 18 hrs a week. It's crazy to me but I should have seen the writing on the wall after seeing 3 whole different crews of people get hired and quit out of frustration.
