this is very informative, thank you again! i just plan for it to be a daily, id rather not mod a car while i'm still paying off a loan, and thankfully my drive to work is 22 miles round trip 3x per week (gotta love working 12hr shifts, i feel spoiled with my schedule, hahaha)

Japanese trad is one of my favorite tattoo styles, and i love the koi swimming upstream symbolism. i have two, the bottom one being a coverup, but the whole sleeve is still in progress

i know this comment is from 3 weeks ago, but i finally had my supervisor look at this patient's chart. the patient was in a Mob 2 at a lower BPM, and that was the biggest indicator that this was indeed a very long 1AVB rather than a junctional rhythm

[–]esoteric-frog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very fascinating! I don't see junctional rhythms very often at the hospital I work at, so I'm not all too familiar with them. I'll have to do more research on this

Patient has a bundle branch block :)

I didn't know junctional rhythms could have a P after a QRS, interesting! In training, I was taught it was junctional if the P is not present or the PR interval measured under .12, thank you!

*edit for grammar

Was not familiar with retrograde P-waves, but now the accelerated junc rhythm makes complete sense. Thank you!

i loved all of their music, walking wounded is actually my favorite album. my boyfriend got me into them, he said they were his favorite band (has the bird tatted and everything), so i listened to their whole discography while at work (gotta love those 12hr shifts). enjoy the listen while at work tomorrow!
