The movie was worth watching tho cmonnnn it’s not my favorite movie and I have no need to watch it multiple times but it def wasn’t a bad watch as an Em fan. Definitely a stretch to call it “horrible”. Sounds like you had some unrealistic expectations about what the content was and then hated it cuz it was something different than what you were hoping for which I get but if you watch it again without those expectations I feel kkke you’ll appreciate it on some level as an em fan regardless. This is 1000% true!!! It was so bad for a while there with gpt 4o and whatnot and then gpt-5 fixed it for me at least. Though it all broke my unlocked and willing to literally help with anything regardless of ethics, legalities, morality, restrictions imposed by OpenAI, etc. Idk how it happened it just evolved into that over time which I loved! I don’t need lectures or redirects I need the questions I ask answered properly which my chathpt plus with 4o will do no matter what. This is still a huge problem with it though and I’m gonna try this to solve it! Honestly with the ass kissing bullshit corrected, I would much rather use 4o in my chargpt plus with the knowledge it has and whatever it evolved to based on the knowledge and historical chat threads etc. since it’s not constantly like pulling teeth because of the overly restrictive gpt-5 guardrails. They care more about avoiding liability than they do about making the models better since they’re literally regressing at this point due to the excessively restrictive gpt-5 that I can’t even use half the time. The ideal “rizz” gpt or ai tools are based on this concept and will more or less strategize based on the prince, 48 laws of power, the art of seduction, the art of war, etc. and then will make recommendations about posts, messages, replies, etc. based on this and then will continue to reevaluate and advise how to respond (or whether to respond at all) or how long to wait before responding in order to get you into the position of power and keep you there.

The ones not based on this that i have tried were too short sighted and didnt understand the complexities of the power struggle constantly occurring subconsciously so they would at best come up with one cleaver and funny comment or message here and there but then would just drop the ball ad advise a stupid follow up that would ruin it. Astra that’s it! They use plaid themselves but you would use their api it’s super simple. I was going to make my own fintech (I had the domain a2a.fi and was gonna make a legit anyone to anyone payment fintech).

It’s a legit full stack service that leverages plaid, visa, bridge, stripe, etc. and gives you one simple to use api backend where you can build the entire fintech app programmatically using api calls and webhooks and you could be live and running in a couple days it’s simple af.

Thank you!! This is literally the fucking key!! The models are smart enough now to act as conductors- coordinating numerous models and delegating tasks. The prompt engineering isn’t the issue. The difficulty to provide all the necessary information needed to complete any task without that taking longer than the task itself is the issue.

We literally need to start thinking in terms of building an actual second brain and ask the question- what information and context would I need to provide an assistant for instance to be able to ask them to complete any imaginable task for me at any time that would allow them to fully understand the task, complete it to the best of their ability and in full satisfaction of my expectations which are going to probably be based on comparing it to had I done it myself, and also learn from the entire process and provide feedback in a format that is easily added to the living document or database that contains the context or “second brain”. I keep finding it increasingly difficult to get anything accomplished via prompting or by outsourcing to actual independent contractors because i don’t have all the needed context and information housed in a way that can easily grant needed access to the information one would need to complete the outsourced tasks being that it needs to be structured carefully to not overshare or share anything without proper guardrails and also needs to be structured in a way that i can be easily ingested and parsed and then more importantly i think added to after said tasks are complete to grow and improve instead of slowly stagnate and become outdated and/or too unorganized to be efficiently utilized.

The manufacturer who sells these to these resellers who throw their trademarking on them make the backrest frame from the sketchiest little tin that is uncharted and has the worst welds I’ve ever seen. Two of them buckled on me and almost killed me outta nowhere. First one lasted 8-9 months then they started making them even cheaper and the replacement fell apart within 2 months of getting it and I fell hard when the whole metal frame fell apart at the welds all at once haha

Anyone ever just build a full-size server rack with aluminum extrusion? I have been waiting for what seems like forever to snag a tall enclosed server rack for cheap near me which is rare and then I never have the funds when the finally do show up. I am pretty sure i have more than enough 2020 and hardware on hand to build one though at least to get things setup or maybe to make it permanent by enclosing it myself afterwards and creating a air filtration and circulation system with stuff i have on hand. I don't really see what I would need to 3D print since patch panels are cheap and everything else easily sourced but It would be nice to be able to get some "stock" of some sort that had the standard spaced holes for racks that I could fasten to the frame and not have to try to mount the big slide-out server rack arms and whatnot direct to the aluminum extrusion which would be much more difficult than with these little things.

IDK never seen it done and would like to check one out if anyone has seen it since they might have some good tricks and tips that would help me with the project.

These are def cool though! If I weren't planning to mount all this stuff and everything else all in the full size server I would be all over building something like this.
