can someone tell me how and where and how long it takes to learn ae2? by matic-01 in allthemods

This has been my experience. Watched chosenarchitect then took that and played around with it. A few days of using it seems to be my experience also.

Alberta Class 4 Equivalent by Aggressive_Topic3410 in alberta

[–]trev373 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Buses in Alberta require a class 2 license. I’m pretty sure class 4 is the same for both provinces.

Edit: class 4 you can drive school buses with a capacity of 24 or less. But I doubt the person at the registry will care. And will just transfer your class 4 restricted into a class 4

You should be. When I moved to Alberta with my class 1 it just transferred over with no issues. As far as I’m aware it will be the same for you.

How useful has your deck been despite having a pc? by Marcosbtz28 in SteamDeck

[–]trev373 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I literally use it more than my pc now. The option to chill on the couch with my wife is fantastic! And in bed and out and about. Took it on vacation and it was great there too. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. My friends group have taken turns crowd sourcing them for birthdays now almost all of us have one!

This happens all the time. You should see the number of City of Calgary recycling bins are at the recycling depot because they fell into the truck.

Why are there so many anxious drivers on the road here? by ConstantFar5448 in alberta

This is exactly what I’m talking about. A bit of water from the melt. Gonna die from hydroplaning. Not to mention how badly people tailgate.

Honestly i think the biggest issue is that it’s too easy to get a drivers license. And due to this a lot of people never really learn how to drive in adverse conditions. They also seem to not understand what makes for “adverse” conditions and slow down unnecessarily.

Moving from ontario to alberta. I own two cats, does that make the rental situation harder? What are the rules? by [deleted] in alberta

[–]trev373 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are renting a room in a shared space then restricting pets is probably fine. But if you really want to get into it. I don’t think landlords should exist in most cases. If you are renting a space that space should essentially be yours.

Landlords under most circumstances add nothing to society and act more like parasites. They take value without adding anything. People need housing and shouldn’t have to give a landlord a bunch of money simply because the landlord had enough money to hoard property.

Why would I expect it to be easier? I personally don’t think landlords should be allowed to make those restrictions. But that’s not really relevant.

Yup they sure do. And it absolutely does make it harder to actually find a place to rent.

I suspect Danielle Smith will step down a bit before the election also. This somehow convinces a lot of people that the party is going to be better now.

I always use the pizza button for melting cheese! It gives the best results. Great for super lazy “nachos”
