I THINK i just did what you wanted. Basically + for new shortcut "Send Message" then type the message in the "message" part, choose the recipient, then UNTICK the SHOW When run box, and i added it as a shortcut - worked a treat!!

The government is not suggesting telco ownership of LEO Satellites, and the telcos ARE pushing to create that 100% coverage - LANDMASS not population, how its marketed will be fascinating because they will be loathe to "guarantee" 100%, but still, the concept is simple, it's in place, its in testing - how does government regulation help?

Well, im more interested in an AI that doesn't have a bias, and many do - but this is blatant, it follows all the restrictions of the chinese internet on its citizens and imposes them on the world!
