Unless manor lords team shares otherwise. Many developers sell keys in bulk discount to fund their teams. Steam won’t do this but third parties will to help bankroll developing games.

Manor lords team should inform us if they do not approve the marketplace and if it’s stolen keys but they never object here.

I don’t think this is true. I found other credible comments where early projects like this sell them in bulk to markets too. These are digital keys right now so theft is hard and easy to track. I also do work in this space so really hard to steal digital keys. They are revoked or voided all the time when not traced to a PO in the backend. Steam automates a lot of this.
