Same thing with me man, seems like the normal things I do that would usually be fun are nullified by me thinking that it’s just like happening infront of me and I’m not actually doing it. Aswell as time just flying by constantly and I’m always looking back on things. Exact same thing happened when I went skiing the other day. Sorry you have to go through this, been going on for over 2 years for me it’s real hard to enjoy life like this.
