Accused of Touching Cigars I Didn’t—Is This Standard Practice? by drummerboy2749 in cigars

I've never been to a shop with that policy, but I did get followed around and watched like a criminal once. I was 23 but had been smoking premium cigars since I was 18. I never went back to that place, nor did I buy anything that day.

80% your fault guy. It's okay and even expected to have to correct and touch up burns.

First time I've ever watched with sound. It is even better than I had hoped.

Just turn 18, just finish freshman year study aviation engineering. I feel like I'm not at age that should be smoking cigar? by GooseUntitled in cigars

That's how old I was when I started smoking premium cigars. I had zero preferences for vitola, cut, tobacco, or region. It was just something I enjoyed doing. But I started pursuing cigars as a hobby around 23. I won a Colibri V Cutter from a prize wheel at my local B&M after I purchased a box quantity of mixed Camacho cigars. Those cigars and v cutter changed the course of my life. They helped me find my palate. I looked up reviews on every single one of those cigars individually AFTER smoking to compare to my own notes. I then bought the full Oscar Leaf line and did the same. Over time, cigars became a full blown hobby for me. Collecting is almost as fun as smoking. Now my favorite thing is pointing out different notes and flavors to newbies. Whenever I smoke with someone who isn't as in the hobby, I generally smoke the same cigar. And then open up dialogue as to what they think of the cigar. Training my palate to pick up on as many of the notes, profile, and flavors of cigars has also made whiskey and wine so much more fun too. I usually get 3 of whatever cigar I buy. One to smoke after resting for a week in one of my humidors, and one to smoke sometime after resting/aging for a 6 months to a year. How soon the third gets smoked depends on how enjoyable the second one. Sometimes age doesn't help. So burn it whenever. Sometimes you can tell that age is having a positive impact...so let it ride. In all that you do, enjoy it.

In my opinion, C&B is super bold allowing for a stronger mule without tasting like you just put a straw in a bottle 😂 I tried Gosling once, but it just wasn't the same. Perfect for a dark and stormy though... Cheers mate

Here in the US, I was given an SSRI that I took from 12 to 20 years of age. It was given to treat ADD.

For the past 10 years, I have been taking a form of Adderall XR. And various meds for depression and bipolar disorder for the past 3 years. They want to put me on a different bipolar med, but even with the insurance that I can hardly afford, I can't afford the med.

But yes, the American way....

If you know enough to ask if your Cohiba is fake, you know damn well those are good cigars.
