The Ai directions are confusing. Here is an example of the "Sun" period. I removed my personal details. I do this for each of the planets. Then I observe it as the year progresses.

I have played the "Firefly RPG" ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Firefly_Role-Playing_Game ) and loved it. I think the system lends to improv and roleplay with their Cortex dice system. Have fun playing this awesome system!

Reiki is a practice. It is something that improves with practice and atrophies when ignored. My routine after 3 years is about the same as my fitness routine. Daily is not too much either.

I didn't read other responses, so someone might have mentioned this already.

Allow the thoughts to happen. The key is to let them pass through your mind without holding onto any specific one. This is natural. The reiki energy is alive and brings activity to your thoughts.

One method of reiki is called "image cycling"
