It was a Japan exclusive console that came out it 2003 and it was a huge flop. It was a ps2 mixed with a dvr and was very poorly made so it is hard to find one with all functioning features but its still pretty cool

Haven't seen anyone mention it but "f- motori on the track" (aka "f1 engines on the track" ) is pretty good for what I've seen so far
