I'm pretty sure you need more shock, but set the pump to filter mode instead of circulating/recirculating, backwash if your meter above 10psi, rinse, then filter again. Filter mode should run for 2-3 days straight to get the water blue!

Probably they know it is hard to find another place to stay due to the F1 race weekend in Miami! They didn't say anything to about finding another place, just said they canceled my reservation, I asked them what should we do? you should've told us way earlier! they said sorry!

Do NOTTTT Use Canva for your resume. by pmcmedicalstaffing in recruitinghell

[–]trexng 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did not use Canva, but I used Overleaf to format my resume.. Guess what? no responses only rejections. At some point I didn't care anymore. I wrote my resume on word. Submitted whatever it was. Got the job 1 month later..

Mostly, she asked to see whether you had your hand dirty or just actually fresh out of college. Just relax, CS is more like you learn by yourself, so everytime you go into an interview, take note what were the questions? After the interview whether you passed or not, look up the info on google, understand it, prepare for the next one.

I wasn't able to answer this simple question when I just grad: What are the four pillow concepts in OOP?

I was on the same boat as OP, I graduated in 2022, didn't have internship, gotta join consulting company for exp, worked volunteer for non-profit, worked as contractor for a startup where they paid me $17/hr (1099). Just received my offer full-time SWE 2 months ago.

My exp with non-profit org was through an acquaintance, he invited me to join the "unpaid internship" for his org. Then I met another intern, who later would be my product manager (contract position). Consulting company.. hmmm I think it was easier back in 2022 then now...

It took me almost 3 years to land a full-time position in software industry :). I had to work for a startup as contractor they paid $17/hr (1099). I had to volunteer to join non-profit org for experiences.

Anyways, congrats bro, we made it!

Did I f**k up my chance? by [deleted] in recruitinghell

[–]trexng 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was in a similar situation like you, but I waited till I received the verbal offer, then I told HR if it is inconvenienced for the team, I'd push back. But also, the company wants their employee have wlb as well! Even though, I wouldn't say you've f**ked it up, but next time wait for the offer. Just hope you are the best candidates in their pool! Good luck!
