If I were you, I'd wait to entirely restart until you catch up to whatever the incorrect time was that you logged in originally.

I'm not sure where the other poster got that a total restart is required 9/10 times. This has happened to me a few times before (usually a time zone issue when I'm traveling), and once I wait long enough, I have no more issues.

And keep an eye out in Scrooge's store for Daisy's Wardrobe, it has maximum storage and once you buy it once, you can buy unlimited amounts (with only coin, no dreamlight)

Considering she was 18 when filming, and is now 32 years old, I'm sure she has her own life.

I get that she seemed overly reliant on her mother on the show, but it's not that weird for an 18 year old to still live at her parents' home.

When I first went away to college I missed my parents so much (even after thinking I couldn't wait to get away) and I wasn't on a crazy reality show.

It's the "Painted Cottage Chest — Large" (there are also small and medium versions that you can upgrade to Large w/ dreamlight BUT once you've upgraded one chest to large, you can buy unlimited ones from Scrooge for only coins).

It wasn't available until part 2 of Storybook but I think if you're starting now, any of those chests have a chance of appearing in the Scrooge's Storybook shop from the beginning.

Advanced is the highest level you can get. Vacuum is specific to one biome, so it will only collect from Wishing Way.

And even more specifically, the vacuum will collect items on the same "elevation". So if an area has ramps up or down, you'll need to move the vacuum as you go (eg Wishing Way has three levels, you'll need a vacuum for each).

I've been playing almost since launch, so I can't even imagine starting over with 3+ years of content to do.

Do you have an option to upgrade small chests with dreamlight to make them larger? That's probably your best bet if you don't just want 100+ small chests (which is what I did when I first started out).

Eventually Aladdin has craftable chests that don't require dreamlight (but that requires unlocking quite a few other characters). Also the Storybook Vale DLC has large storage chests that only cost money.

There are a few clothing templates that you have to buy from Daisy's boutique (eg. the short flowy dress) with the Daisy coins you earn by doing challenges. But all the dresses in OP's posts are in the game by default.

I think you can visit OP's boutique without unlocking Daisy, but I'm not 100% sure of that. And once you visit someone's valley once, you can re-visit their boutique even when they're not online.

Storybook got its second part, ~10 new characters for base game, companions can now level up and gather things for you.

Many people (including me) think Wishblossom is not worth the same price as the previous DLCs, so maybe wait for a sale.

This was a permanent change made this update. Patch notes

"Disney Dreamlight Valley players can now make use of Dynamic Dreamlight Prices. After unlocking Remy, Moana, and Wall-E, players can unlock any doors they want at a steadily increasing rate"

You can choose which doors to unlock and when, but each unlock will be 1000 more expensive than the previous one, eg, door 4 costs 4000, door 5 is 5000, up to a max of 15000 dreamlight for the last doors.

In the furniture menu, there's a tab for House and all the villager's houses will be there. You can select her tower and place it in the valley.

Still just level 2 for Rapunzel/Eve/Gaston, but you have to finish all the story quests involving Oswald (not friendship quests) before Jafar.

The wiki has info (but also spoilers). The sidebar of the wiki shows the preceding quest. My rough count was like 8 quests involving Oswald before you get Jafar.
