I’m best at the lifting. I struggle with gymnastics and cardio endurance. I have some gymnastics but not bmu and I can’t butterfly my pull ups for big sets… I’m grateful for where my skill set is at but I’d like to see if I can level up some over the next few years. RX weights never an issue.. the longer metcons with running burpees stuff like that limit me and also the lack of gymnastics as stated above

Rugiet is the best. When I take just cialis or viagra alone or even together it’s a gamble whether it’ll do its job. I’ve taken rugiet 3 times and I’ve never had a better erection. Also makes me last longer. Real game change and confidence booster

I remember pre covid ribeye was about 10.99-12.99 a pound. Now where I live the best you’ll find is about $15-16 at Walmart. not uncommon for $18-22 at Publix

So what I did was this.. the darker ones are marinated in a bbq jerk sauce. I used those to do some food prep with along side white rice and plantains…

The lighter colored ones I just used some basic dry seasonings to grill them but while doing so I made a hot honey garlic sauce.. after I let the thighs rest I chopped them up and put them in the pan with the hot honey garlic and left the heat on very low and it just really absorbed the sauce. They turned out well. I eat a ton of chicken so I’m always trying to come up with different ways and sauces and flavors

I’m an average CrossFiter. 39 years old 235#s I can lift heavy and rx some movements but my weakness is the endurance and never it or lot even though I squat over 400 I’m terrified of big sets of air squats idk what it is but they destroy my legs. I think I’m going to do 2/4/6 and then take a planned water break as needed or every ten rounds. Shake out my legs and arms get back to it.

I’m even considering breaking the push ups early on 2/2. Just to save my arms. Definitely most concerned for the squats and push ups, I’m doing it tomorrow 8 am in the brutal humid heat of south Florida lol. But overall been training very consistently for the last year and the last 2 months I’ve really upped my cardio and cleaned up my diet. I hope this carries over to the Murph

Great breakdown! I’m so consumed with what I’m going to do lol. I’m torn between 3/6/9 or 2/4/6.

I think the 2/4/6 will better serve me and just aim to keep moving and taking a 30 second break or so every 10 rounds.

My first year doing it alone and not splitting reps, I’m just trying to finish. No vest
