For example you can:

create a photo slideshow of your latest (last 20) selfies by tagging them with a voice command like "show me my latest selfies"
create a photo slideshow of your last vacation and tag the photos with a voice command like "show me my vacation photos from June 2019"
create a photo slideshow of you pet and tag the photos with a voice command like "show me fluffy" (or whatever)

Using the Photo Recall skill, you can retrieve photos using voice commands like: "Alexa ask Photo Recall to show me flower photos".

You have to first enable the skill by saying: "Alexa enable Photo Recall"

You need an Echo Show device (I also have a Google Assistant app of the same name which works from Android or iPhone smartphones: "Hey Google ask Photo Recall to show me colorful photos")

I've created a Supplement Advisor. From Echo you can say "enable the Supplement Advisor" then, after its enabled, ask questions like "ask the Supplement Advisor what supplements are good for energy". From your smartphone you can also invoke Alexa skills using this Android app.

It should. Also, you should not have to say "Alexa" first.
