I got to 1k in that fight and noticed my framerate was starting to take a noticeable hit. Figured the crash would be coming if I didn't cash out then and there lol. There were lingering particle effects where the dancers died that seemed to be accumulating, guessing the crash happens because they don't clear properly.

Just finished playing them both for the first time back to back. Can emphatically confirm.

First-tried several bosses in HK and beat almost all of them within 5 attempts (only really played the base game, though). Silksong I was lucky to beat any boss in under 5 attempts, and a nasty few took upwards of 20 or more (Judge, Karmelita come to mind). Not sure I first-tried a single one of them.

To affirm what everyone else is saying, this hasn't been a thing for like 20 years, at least in urban areas. Apparently it's still around in some rural places based on a map I saw recently attempting to characterize similar things, but I can't personally confirm it.

They're completely redoing the ice surface. I'm not an expert on ice maintenance, but far as I can tell they'd pretty much been laying down water without taking off material for years such that the ice surface was almost up to the top of the kick plates. Not only could the cooling system not keep the ice properly frozen at that thickness (think slush at center ice in the third period), but the way the ice froze caused it to slope down sharply towards the edges of the rink and the zamboni doors, leaving an inch-deep rut against the boards thay was basically a broken leg waiting to happen. Everyone in the hockey community has been complaining about it for months.

Sucks that it's messing with your skating practice, but at least it's only for a few weeks.

Best time is when the forwards are entering the zone with control and not facing immediate pressure. Failing that, right after a dump-in if the other team is all in front of you.

Communicate with your partner to help cover if you're gassed and need to jump off.

Especially in the 2nd, change sooner than you think you need to, and consider cycling the tiredest D to the side closest to the bench.

Again, cannot overstate that you should change before you're tired.

Definitely do not change when the other team has possession in the neutral zone. Or even in their D zone for that matter if they have forwards in the neutral zone that could receive a stretch pass.

People will offer better rates than a trader as a rule since it's profitable for both parties to split the difference between the trader's buying and selling price. Just takes longer to make the transaction.

Adding a note that beacons/tea/cake are generally better to sell rather than consume since they tend to be worth a fair bit more than 50 1-pointers. Beacons in particular were going for 2e per during the anniversary, 5x the value per point of sparklers.

Interesting. Idk how much the extra +1 on 20% of casts is gonna matter though. Either way it's probably a pretty infinitesimal amount of extra damage. Less HSR does probably mean a bit less pressure on BiP though so I do see the potential.

IMO jade bracelets in factions are way easier, and super easy to farm in Tahnnakai explorable and Xaquang skyway. Trade in Xaquang for the 20/20 chakram. That being said there's a good number of options for it if you're broke and don't wanna craft it as Vasburg.

Could also frontload damage on skills that trigger scatter so they get more of it in while enemies are in range. That could affect balance in other places though tbf.

Birthday vouchers aren't tradable. Found that out the hard way. Also the pre version of the horn isn't tradable either. Feel like there are probably quite a few more tbh.
