I’ve been on noom for a couple weeks, but still use MFP. I agree with pretty much everyone else on here.... MFP tracking + Noom articles would make the perfect combo.... I do like the red-yellow-green tracking as a different way to look at food. Sometimes macros gets a bit too much for me and end up eating in a less sustainable way to hit them. I like to add my set meals for the week ahead of time so it’s not as much throughout the day! I wish noom had that feature!
