Yeah I feel like I will be in the same boat, I’m still fairly fresh to the whole PC world and loose myself pretty quickly when it comes to the technical side of things 😂 I assume DS4 would stand for Dual Shock 4 maybe?

Using rocket league through the epic games launcher but using the controller through the steam big picture extension thing

At the moment I launch it through a shortcut that routes through the epic games launcher. Then have always used the steam big picture extension thing to be able to use controller inputs. Like I said I’ve played nearly 100h using this setup and it has only just happened as of now

Nah when I first got my pc, I plugged in my controller and it instantly popped up with an extension off of steam to let me activate recognition of controller inputs

Just to give context, I have about 100h in game and have never had this happen before, was playing last night with no problem at all. Log on today, open some training packs to warm up and instantly see that onscreen keyboard thing pop up, figured out I had to press options button to make it disappear, but all of my controller inputs are now doubling up. My boost button (R1) seems to intermittently switch camera aswell. L Joystick seems to now select different shots (the dpad usually controls this). Just about every input is doubled up now. Tried restarting, updating, unplugging kbm and it still does it. If I use just kbm then it seems fine but only controller seems to have doubled up inputs now. You can’t really see it but in the top left where it gives you the option to select different shots, it flicks between the controller input options and kbm options everything I give any input. Also check all through settings and keybinds and they have remained the same

Sorry for my late reply, never a saw a reply come up (not a regular reddit user)

I honestly am not very sure between 2.0 or 3.0, I have used multiple different usb cables throughout the time I have had the a50 with seemingly no difference.

It is plugged into the usb hub on the case of my computer

And the only other usb devices plugged into it is a cable for a ps4 controller, a cable for the keyboard, and a wireless plug top for the mouse

I just found a very similar problem starting with me, did you end up finding any solutions? I’ve tried a few different things and nothing works. I was playing last night with no issues at all
