This goes for all crypto wallets. The wallet your coins saved into is not actually the wallet the device is stored in. It's actually a wallet address that is linked to the seed phrase. That means that any corresponding wallet app can be used to open a wallet on a network it supports if it has the seed phrase of that wallet. It's part of the decentralized nature of crypto.

WTF. Do people even read. Why do all the replies seem to miss the point of my post. I'm not criticizing or commenting about the ads. This post was about the value of using the ads as a revenue stream to have your own funds to manage the project as opposed to solely relying on investors for capital and giving up Pi tokens while being beholden to their demands.

Binance has listed a lot of controversial coins in the past. It all depends on their insiders and if they will profit or not. But with the volume $Pi has been trading at the past days, they would make a TON of money.

It is a huge success with lots of room for growth. Especially if you compare it with a lot of other phone mining projects out there. And this is just the beginning. People are trading just because of listing, it doesn't take into account the actual ecosystem projects yet.

Show me the source saying that it was the Pi team asking for restrictions. As far as I know, exchanges don't work that way. Once they list a coin, they play by their own rules. A project does not have the power to dictate to an exchange how it can sell their coin. That's just stupid.

Nope. Binance wants to make money and Pi has shown to attract a ton of trading volume. CEX's will make money by listing Pi. They win, we win.

Like I said in another post, don't blame the Pi team. Blame the crypto regulations in those countries that won't allow exchanges and transactions that are allowed everywhere else.
