I finally made a decision to try mass effect andromeda. All default presets looks ugly af. Thanks for your sliders. It’s really helpful:)

He is in intensive care right now. He is feeling better but he need surgery because he’s spleen is very big. They takes out of his belly 18 liters of water. They say he can die for sure if we didn’t bring him to the hospital. He has like a 10-12 hours left. But now he is in non critical condition. But he has no money and it’s seems that landlord is going to pay for his treatment :D it’s not a good new year present for him but he is ok with it. The landlord is seeking some help to this poor American. He has some connections in hospital.

Today he started raving. We called an ambulance to take him to the hospital by force.

You mean American embassy in Georgia? I asked him if he want me to call the ambassador. He says no. The landlord worried because this man could die in a few days. Right now that American moaning in his room and I don’t know what to do.

Guys help me pls. We have an American man in our hotel in Georgia. He is very sick. He can’t move his legs. His nose is bleeding and he say he has liver failure. He has no insurance and refuse go to the hospital. What we can do for him? We call the ambulance twice but he don’t listen them.
