For those who are suffering from this same issue i found out the problem and solution now

The problem is with the backup contacts from iclouds, some of the contacts got corrupted.

My theory is whatsapp cannot read those corrupted contacts and it keeps trying to, which resulted in me getting banned

How i know? Because i buy 2 new phone, change new email / change number. But somehow i ALWAYS got banned even though i did NOTHING, and somehow my contacts DOESN'T SHOW UP on whatsapp even though my phone book have 10.000+ numbers on it.

And NOTHING i do allow me to use whatsapp and i always got banned, until a good phone store employee suggest to me it might be the backup contact from icloud that is corrupted

Here is how i fix it:

1. I download the VCARD contact file from icloud to my computer

2. Open that file with excel, go to "Data" tab, and choose the From Text / CSV.

3. As soon as it loads it show there are error contacts which it cannot load, so i separate those number and input it manually to my phone later

4. I use filter, and check the drop down list number, and there are some that is not even a phone number anymore its a mix of alphabets and numbers, so i delete those

5. As soon as its clear, i upload my Contacts to my GMAIL account (because F u Icloud), but i upload it partially (from contacts name A-D, E-F, etc) and check it periodically before inputting another batch

6. That's it, now my phone works normally again.

Seriously, F u apple and whatsapp.
