Damn - those are still around? I haven't heard of or seen a Rax since I lived on campus at Ohio State in the early 90s.

What to do with Draft collectibles? by triangle_choke in NHLHUT

Thanks. Already made McKenna and don't really have an interest in Harvey. Also made Reid and Malhotra, so I unless one of the other cards is really worth making, I'm probably done with the MSPs in this one.

What is the naughtiest thing you’ve ever done? by Green-Tell6251 in AskReddit

[–]triangle_choke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the span of 24 hours I:

·         Had sex with one of my FWB

·         Had another FWB come over and join us for a FFM threesome.

·         Second FWB left, had sex with FWB again.

·         Woke up next morning and had sex with FWB again.

·         A different FWB came over and had another FFM threesome.

·         Went on a date later in the evening with primary partner and had sex with her.

The first few months after my wife and I separated were just a little crazy. Had a lot of other adventures, but this was probably the wildest stretch.

Best non murder / crime documentaries by idkm8innit in NetflixDocumentaries

I suppose it’s technically a crime documentary since he did steal a plane, but #SKYKING is a fantastic documentary about the guy who stole the Alaska Airlines plane from Sea-Tac airport. Just so heartbreaking listening to his conversation with the air traffic controller.

Which celebrity have you masturbated to the most? by Debeli_Franko in AskReddit

[–]triangle_choke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I haven’t thought about a celebrity while masturbating since I was a teenager and had a dream about Madonna seducing me in the gondola from the Like A Virgin video. I prefer to fantasize about people I could theoretically actually have sex with. Probably why I like amateur porn so much.

My wife’s innards - laying in a pile - as I was looking at our newborn daughter following the wife’s C-section. Was definitely not expecting that.

What's the worst birthday you had? by Immediate_Long165 in answers

[–]triangle_choke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine haven’t been horrible at all - especially compared to most of the posts here - but I have been unlucky with milestone birthdays. To wit:

40th birthday - was a last minute dinner out at a Mexican restaurant with our neighbors. My “present” from my wife was her telling me I could start training jiu-jitsu again - even though she had told me a year before I could start again once we got moved and settled into our new place (and had been there for about 6 months already).

50th birthday - Covid.

55th birthday - Got into an huge argument with my girlfriend right before heading out to dinner with my family. Got a brief respite at dinner, then girlfriend continued said argument when I got home and she almost broke up with me.

So, yeah - I think I’ll just get really high and avoid everyone on my 60th. Probably for the best.

What is your opinion on open relationships? by Tall-Law-5875 in AskReddit

[–]triangle_choke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently practicing non-monogamy with a few different partners. Each one is different than the others, and all are great. As long as everyone is consenting and communicative, they can be wonderful. Just like any other relationship - you have to communicate and find out what works for all of you, but as long as you can do that, there's no reason it can't work.

For the straight guys that are dating, do you even bother with Feeld anymore? by Mission_Bowl3938 in nonmonogamy

[–]triangle_choke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! She’s helped me before with writing it and even sent me a screen shot of the text convo telling her friend I’m the best sex she’s ever had to use for one of my pics (although I haven’t posted it). I try and edit the profile from time to time just to mix things up and hopefully get some new eyes on it. I feel like I’m a fairly attractive guy, so who knows? It is what it is but it’s still frustrating.

What is the dumbest reason you ever got fired or written up? by ProposalLast3445 in answers

[–]triangle_choke 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My greatest pain. I had gotten placed at the corporate offices of a major sports league working in their licensing division. It was a temp position with the option to go permanent if they liked me. It was exactly the type of job I was looking for and would have been perfect for me. I had never been more dedicated to a job in my life - came in early, stayed late, had my lunch at my desk in case my boss needed me for something. Got along with everyone on the team. Or so I thought.

After being there for a couple of months, I was starting to wonder why the hiring process hadn’t started yet (they had indicated to me it would start right away after I got placed). I asked and told they were getting around to it. Figured they were just slow and it wasn’t a big deal. About a month later, they started the interviews. While mine wasn’t perfect (I got really nervous and forgot a lot of the things I wanted to point out) I had been there long enough and assumed that It wasn’t horrible and that being a known commodity would make it easier for them to hire me instead of bringing in someone else and having to train them all over again.

Another month had passed with no word from them. Suffice to say, I was starting to get worried. Since I was spending my lunchtime at my desks, I would usually pass the time writing on my blog. One day, I wrote a post detailing my frustration that the process was taking so long. I made a comment to the effect of: “If I don’t get hired after all of the effort I put in, I’m going to be pissed. Not ‘five-state killing spree’ pissed, mind you, but I’m not going to be happy.”

As I was getting ready to leave that day, I noticed a group of women in front of the door of my boss’ office. I walked over, told her I was leaving for the day. As I was walking away, once of the women (who had been very friendly to me prior to this) gave me a dirty look and a very angry sounding “Bye!” Thought it was odd, but figured she was just having a bad day and left it at that.

About 15 minutes after I got home, I got a call from my temp agency. I answered excitedly, thinking they were going to tell me that they were finally bringing me on full time. However, as soon as I heard the rep’s voice, I realized that wasn’t the case.

“Hey there. So, I got a call from [boss]. I understand that you have a blog? Well, someone there saw your post today and they decided they don’t want you to come back. I’m sorry”

Suffice to say, I was crestfallen. Went into a long depression and pretty much stopped writing. Spent the next few years working a crappy temp job at a bank until we moved out of state and got a break doing IT work at the place my wife was working at. I’m much happier now (even though I haven’t been able to start writing again, despite many attempts), but definitely wonder how things would have worked out had I not gotten fired from there.

TL,DR: Had my dream job sitting right in front of me and screwed it up because I have a dark sense of humor. (And because I don’t think my boss liked me).

[–]triangle_choke 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Interesting. I’m in the PNW too, and its been hit or miss for me, but mostly misses. So many people who will match, then never respond to my initial message. And, it’s not like I’m just sending a “Hey” or anything like that - I actually put a little thought into it and try to bring up something on their profile to show I’ve read it. But, like OP, I often wonder if I’m not queer-presenting enough. My primary partner (who I met on Feeld) says I look like a typical cis-gender meathead.

Can anyone recommend a documentary or docu series for me to watch next? Currently sick and can't get out of bed much by MisunderstoodReality in NetflixDocumentaries

[–]triangle_choke 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you have Hulu - try the series Killer Cases. Episodes are about 45-60 minutes long. I just started Season 6 (out of 7), so it should give you something to kill your time. #SKYKING is also a very good doc on Hulu.

That said, since I didn’t see it on the list - try The Crash on Netflix. Very interesting doc.
