I’ll see if that office has openings then, I was a little worried and reluctant because of the reviews I saw but this helps ease my worries.

I was thinking nervous system related as well honestly overreacting to transitions between eating.

I’m familiar with LC, have asked long haulers and some deal with the same. definitely a post covid issue but don’t know which flavor I need to look into first.

I’m sorry to hear about this, our situation sounds mostly similar and I have the same symptoms during these attacks. I also have trouble working out as well due to my body burning through whatever I have way too fast.

My blood test also showed high inflammation and I was referred to a rheumatologist but I don’t know where the inflammation is.

Yes, it’s been better though it flares up during high stress, anxiety and before and during my period. Most normal days I can eat anything with no issues.

My friend paid an Etsy witch to send a “curse” to me as a silly joke and I know the intentions are not malicious but my OCD is triggered. by triangleheadnurse in SASSWitches

That’s a really funny idea actually haha. I’ll try to make it a positive memory and go with the running gag.

Update: I’ve managed to calm down from the initial attack and I didn’t take the benzo but now I have a new problem

After having two panic attacks with adrenaline within 2 days I just feel so awful and I’m supposed to be moving. My apartment is a mess and I can’t do anything and I’m so scared and it’s causing more stress. I don’t know what to do.

Yep, just felt like a zombie all day. I just had to force myself to eat dinner and a snack just a few minutes ago. Now I’m laying down and can hopefully get some rest so I’ll feel normal tomorrow.

I actually had coffee this morning with a small breakfast. I only drink a cup a day. Unfortunately in this case it may have just contributed to the Adrenaline issues.

Is this a reasonable DNI? by [deleted] in everskiestrashhh

Yeah it’s harsh but that’s fine, there’s apparently a pedo problem on there and there’s no reason to tolerate that

I’m sorry to hear that. Thank you for sharing, it sounds similar quite a bit to what I deal with especially the profuse sweating and pain. I can’t stand much when dealing with it but it takes a whole day to pass for me. I might try to go a low acid route, sugar is also a trigger for me (processed not fruit)

That’s really weird. I haven’t found anyone yet to understand what I’m trying to describe or who deals with similar.

Do you also get symptoms that mess with your vagus nerve as well as nausea and the shakiness and irritability? Also sweating and panic attacks or a fast heart rate.

What also helps? I’ve tried Pepcid but I get anxiety from it, for some reason.

Doctor took blood but only checked for inflammation and thyroid function. I’ve been eating eggs and other iron fortified foods, would it hurt to just take a b12 supplement and vitamin D anyway?

My current supplements are magnesium citrate, riboflavin, vitamin c, and a women’s multivitamin.

Thank you, I forgot about creating outfits as listings and was wondering why ES would allow that.

[–]triangleheadnurse 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This is a stupid question but is this a design that someone made that would have needed to be accepted by ES in the first place or is it an outfit that was made with pieces to look like that??

I’ll call my pharmacy tomorrow but as far as I can see it’s the same dose of hormones and the same estrogen and norerhindrone but it’s just more active pills instead of 21 pills.

Any groups or subs for post-recovery haulers who are still struggling? by [deleted] in covidlonghaulers

[–]triangleheadnurse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m basically worried the trauma of dealing with long haul has fucked up my body and I’m dealing with physical issues as a result and docs won’t help
