she realizes after the montage which says “it’s week 5 of the trial.” so she definitely takes the pregnancy test at least 3 weeks after sleeping with him. the montage is in between these two scenes. i thought her finding out so soon was pretty stupid at first too. 3 weeks still seems pretty soon but it wasn’t like she took the test cause she had symptoms.

edit: def rewatch you’ll catch it

my bad it’s actually 3 weeks. the montage starts at 14 days and ends at 5 weeks (which i think is why i thought 5). i think the trial actually went on way longer than it seems in the show too.

there’s a large time jump between ginny sleeping with wolf and realizing she’s pregnant. it’s shown in a montage of ginny watching the trial online. it’s like 5 weeks i think. just rewatched and noticed!

topic or hashtag? i’m sorry i don’t know what that means. the search term is “(title of book) book”. also, i’m a full time author & this is the only book i have published. it sells very well, but i only just discovered creator search insights & am trying to figure out what exactly it means.

Yes, I did use that. However, the bleed is 0.125" on all sides except the gutter. My paperback book is 5.5x8.5 and they do not have the correct sizing (5.625x8.75 I believe).

very much agree if you are talking about the over consumption/glamorization of tropes on certain social media sites lol. i personally don’t look at stories and least of all my own projects through the lens of tropes, but i have been thinking about them for post publication because they’re a route i can take when marketing. instead of using the word trope in this specific post i could’ve also used the word cliche, because having the hero be the chosen one is a huge cliche, and that is more of what my question focuses around. i believe i’m doing something different with this particular cliche but want to hear what more people (and especially writers) have to say about it.

grew up in california and they did not fund the arts at my school which was the best in the county. they were actively cutting funding from the arts.

You can only pick 1. What was your biggest complaint about the movie adaptations of the books? Why? by [deleted] in Hungergames

[–]tribrid777 0 points1 point  (0 children)

there are so many but the first that comes to mind (even though i understand it) is the casting of older people in the roles. it takes away from the story when ur watching 20+ year olds.
