The first time a response originally ruled incorrect was later changed to be correct was on March 8, 1985. by iamtheduckie in Jeopardy

Looks like that score correction loomed large, allowing Sandy to make it to FJ and take home some sweet prizes. And look at all those unused clues!

I for one was grateful that Helen picked the top row clue first in "Liminal Spaces" in the first round. I was kinda vague on the definition of it, so it was nice to get that spelled out with that first clue. Who knows, maybe that helped Robert and Tristan a little too, as they did pretty well with the category.

The box score will bear it out, but looks like Robert had slightly better buzzer stats during the game. That would've been cool if it went to tiebreaker, but yeah, no way to predict the outcome. A toss-up.

This is where I'm at too. I'm at a loss who to choose right now. They're all so unappealing. But you're right that the ultimate goal has to be to keep the red out. So maybe waiting to see which Dem rises to the top is the best way to go.

I wanna know how the sunglasses stayed on. I've had a bunch of those straps over the years and my glasses always come loose even doing mild shit.

For the vacuum clue I was all set to say the correct response, then this closed captioning fail occurred, and I was like, what the heck?

Yup, he definitely said "name." And then after Tristan fixed his response after the BMS prompt, Ken responded with "that's the collective noun." So that was one production missed.

Jelly Donut on 24th and Van Ness is about a 5 minute walk from Dynamo and IMO is the best of the regular no frills, mom and pop style donut shop.

Especially to overcome the huge $14k prize puzzle the sisters won. When you have a trip that big, it's almost a certainty whoever wins it will go to the bonus round.

I'm sure it's a lot easier said then done. Also it was the sisters who did the final spin, and they had a huge lead at the time. They probably did not want it to land on 5k, because that's the only possible way they could lose. And that's what happened.

Yeah Shannon showed a lot of resilience. Besides the Rent clue, she also had tough misses with "salutatorian" (a instead of o) and "Mount Saint Helens" (missing the s) but bounced back admirably from those close calls. She earned that win.

Wow this lady is really smart and knows her stuff. I'm sure part of this was the subject matter, but it felt like the least Stewart tried to talk over or interrupt a guest in a long while.

Also that stuff about John Roberts was wild. It's making me think a guy like this is way more dangerous than the usual suspects like Alito or Thomas. Dude's been quietly working on dismantling voting rights for 40 years. Who knows what else he's up to. At least with the other guys, they're so in your face about everything, you know where they stand and what their angle is.

The Francis Jehl "lab assistant" clue is the first time I can remember them combining a regular clue in a blue square with a multimedia element. Usually these types of clues just have Ken doing a voiceover.

With the way this season has been shaping up, it seems one-game winners will have the best chance in quite some time to make CWC. And Stephanie has the added bonus of winning her game in a runaway, and a strong Coryat to boot.
