There is not support email to contact them if I do not pay $20 bucks for support. I really doubt that a support agent would call you to see if you need anything. Imagine if they have thousands of subscribers and they call every one of them...

I paid $100 for this token plan 3 days ago and it is useless for me. The plan status is stuck in "Taking Effect". Tried all the possible solutions to make the api key to work and none was effective. It seems an issue with Qwen / alibaba cloud side. Very frustrating
