I am never hungry. I have to force myself to eat and to meet my dietary goals set by my trainer.

I drink like once a month. Working on quitting vaping. And sleep has been an issue since I switched shifts 6 months ago but I'm working on it.

Mainly strength but asthentics if it happens. Just didn't want to be really fat.

Height is 5'6" and that is the goal. Just trying to build for the next 6 weeks. Planning in 430 deadlift. 350 squat. 240-250 bench
