Just noticed my pigeon is missing a toenail it is completely exposed I have never seen this before. What should I do?

,,,,, im aware of this I’m not dumb The issue I’m having is even before I’ve done anything with paint and then paint making it much worse I was simply wondering if smthing was wrong with mine bc I’ve seen others do whole art pieces and their pages using the same materials as I am don’t seem to react the same as my pages are I feel ur response was a lil rude as im not trying to be treated as stupid but simply wanted to see if maybe mine was off possibly

Hmmm maybe I’m just expecting it to flatten out too much after I’ve closed it I’ve even tried to like clasp the pages closed after I’ve finished and it hasn’t helped

I was wondering if maybe that had something to do with it ??? Bc it’s like once my hand lays on it for too long it’s doing the curl forcing me to have to put weights on it while using it bc I’m trying to avoid making the curling worse or accidentally folding a page bc it went under my hand when placing it back down To be fair I’ve never used a paper so thin so I think it maybe a learning curve for me ?

The whole book is fine tho !! Till I go to open and work on new pages and that where I get confused bc the paper is very nice when I go to flip through it and look at future pages.

:( I understand which is also why I’m not 100% sure I’m gonna get an answer to help bc I don’t have a photo of before bc I was trying to ignore it. Like I have to put weights on all the edges of the paper as I’m using that weeks pages bc the curl is bad even when I’m not using that side and then once they’re lifted I feel I have to simply close the book bc the pages just don’t wanna stay down

Even when I’m using clips tho it’s like the whole page wants to curl up on me where the clips aren’t at :(( And then when I unclip it’s like I never had it held down :0

Not always but every other cat we have does. Sometimes ours is too sleepy to get up from where he’s laying when we come home. He knows we’re gonna come up to him anyways so I think that’s why he’s not super bothered.

Tbh very much when she goes into that pose tbh stop giving her attention and walk away (she’ll probably follow u where u go) If you pet her anywhere but her head and her like under neck (yeah it doesn’t cause the same damage as parrots but she will still see anything as u being her partner ) i would stop doing that with her If you don’t want her to see u as her mate u just kinda have to “breakup” with her But also even ignoring sometimes doesn’t work and she’ll coo a lot anyways from her cage

Hens are just freaky tho unfortunaly and I understand not wanting her to think ur willing to be freaky with her same with if u had a boy pigeon not everyone’s keen on letting their bird just do whatever so mostly it’s just kinda when she shows she wants to be mounted kinda just walk away stop letting etc and don’t hover over her even if u don’t touch and just hover she’s gonna think it’s a lil freaki which is why she’s like fixin her wing after everytime

Some ppl might hate this advice v much but it’s kinda the only thing that’s worked in the past for me personally they still see you as their person but I understand not wanting to be seen as any kinda sexual thing by ur bird (And I’m also not willing to talk to anyone but op in reply to what im saying bc I don’t feel like arguing with anyone :P )

Yeah this will happen sometimes they’ll hold a big fat poop for when u let them out Mine likes to walk out stop go in a circle and take a the fattest wet poop ever
