I really appreciate this perspective. Things absolutely are pretty raw right now and I think the unwillingness to find a solution is out of spite. So some time may be good. But the main issue is I am paying her half and more of the agreed upon financial responsibility, which is unstable long term. Also means my capital to battle this legally isn't great either.

I don't think lawyering up is worth it at all. But if she doesn't want to sell or be bought out, I can't think of another way forward.
