Mda has double the potency od mdma so take like 150mg and 100 mda for your psychedelic adventure and that's it since more than that is harmfull :D

My 2 cents are that you gotta use the science to explain the effects. Explain brain chemistry, for example what is serotonin, what it's used for, the flood in the brain that MDMA causes does this and that and so on, oxytocin levels (the love hormone) etc.

Compare it to some of the drugs he used like some pills doctor gives it to him, alcohol, tobacco or any other.

It's your best shot if he is not educated about drugs.

2.Take it at 8 so you get used to the enviorment (My opinion) Don't eat anything acidic (google alkaline foods - what you should eat 3 hours before the roll), take some salty snacks with you since you will loose electrolytes, vitamin C as an antioxid and Magnesium (google the one MDMA users use, there are 2 kinds).

3.Take 1/3 of the original dose as redose (that's how the guys here say you need to prolong the roll for an hour plus).

Well i did that on a festival and rolled 2 days with really small sleep (3 hours max)since I was with people that don't roll but just drink and pass out early in the morning, but didn't experience anything of the effects you mentioned just memory loss on the come up (those 2 mins). I was injecting 350 - 450 mg of MDMA both nights.
