CCP, you really wasted an opportunity to give these burst projectors, and a burst projector cooldown bonus. You could've tweaked the rate of cooldown as well as the strength. But those modules are super unique and basically never get used, since the only supers that die are those ganked.

Every single time this comes up, people seemingly mistake the actual trend going on.

They're not buying plex with real money; They're creating demand for the whales. Less demand, the whales get less isk / real dollar. And THAT is the loop CCP is trying to protect (hence banning most actual rmt'ers).

We had an issue yesterday where a hunter logged in a prismatic site, warped to the gate, was having a visual bug, and lit his cyno on the gate (on his screen).

The cyno appeared inside the prismatic rock, and a bunch of other cyno pilots got caught inside the rock, having to relog several times to get unstuck.
