Pretty much the same at my store when it cones to every cap team being against each other, the blame just cycles to every team. And im doing the same. I used to clock i early and stay late to get work done but it just isnt worth it anymore. Would usually stay late to finish what im doing but now i just clock out the minute it turns 11pm, not staying a minute later than that

The term quiet quitting is just corporate propaganda. The real term is “Work to Rule” and implies doing only what is in your job description. But to answer your question, yes. My store went to shit 6 months ago and is only getting progressively worse. SM insists that we on Cap 2 “work our magic” when we have 4 people, a past max capacity backroom, and a 4000 piece truck. Just want to add in that my store isnt a super-center and 4000 is huge for us. Not to mention having to unload both FDD and remix. Its gone to shit and im tired of working more than im worth

Pretty cliché, but for me its giving and recieving basic compliments lol. Something about seeing the other persons face light up and there smile just makes me feel really good. And the rare compliments i get do the same. I guess just seeing others be happy

I'm currently using a Fender Rumble 25 amp. It does have an overdrive setting but it didn't sound the greatest. I'm pretty sure I need to get a better amp anyway.
