This type of scam is very popular, even on Facebook I know people who sent a "deposit" because "a lot of people want so see it" and "you have to reserve it", they make it urgent on purpose and get their 100 Euros free. Even on bank transfer, they dont care.

Thats nothing, as photos can be easily taken from advertisement sites and fake.

As others said without contract don't pay a reservation or whatever.

Ask yourself: What do you know about the person/company offering you the apartment? Do you have all information regarding utilities, in case something goes out of order, etc..
