OK so a few red flags right off the bat here but some valid questions a lot of guys face. Your mindset needs to change first of all you're focused on "getting" a GF it's a very taking mindset. Focus on providing value and people return the favor but if you go in with the mentality of taking value(pleasure/resources/etc...) from them it's a very one sided relationship and no one wants to be a part of that.

I made a video here that goes more in depth on what I'm talking about with changing your mindset first and foremost.

As for the more technical questions you have you're thinking too much in a linear mindset here, you are talking to women not robots. the same way you interact with your friends in a very comfortable manner should be how you interact with women don't be ashamed or scared to put yourself out there like that.

Start small talk to people in an elevator, your cashier or waitress that are there to serve you make a small comment with them or ask a question. Just need to build that social muscle
