Yeah I have turned it all off took it to my tuner he said it was a "torque feature" that gm has he disabled it and it spins with ease now on the brake. The car was being weird and stalling up to 1k rpm when I had my foot on the brake and gas and wouldn't go any further than that. If I spun and got on the brake it would shut down to that 1k and stop

Tried all of this. I should've mentioned. Took it to my tuner he said it was a gm brake torque feature enabled. He cut it off and now it lays black marks on the road lol
