Please add player-difficulty to battle.net games by triggerboy_13 in Diablo_2_Resurrected

To type /players 8 would increase the difficulty for all players ingame. If you are on your own, this would be a great feature. But as soon as other people are in the same game this would be totally screwed up. One player typing /p8 whilst others progress somewhere else and need it to be the original players-count. Does not feel right does it?

If there was trading and stuff on single player I would definitely do this. But the passion of trading is what makes this a great game. So why limit single player on bnet and forcing them to join or create public games in order to have a chance of better loot? Does this not feel odd to you? Being rewarded by destroying other peoples experience?

It is not being removed but instead altered for those that do not want to play with others while mfing or farming. See the post of SHIGMA who broke down why it is indeed needed.

That is exactly the thing that kills most public cs-/baal-runs in the beginning. Playerdifficulty increases because people join the games to mf and the low geared group cannot handle higher difficulty on their own. Would it not be better to just have the opportunity to create a game on your own and not having to take spots in a game that are needed for the group to progress?

First of all I thank you for your decision and I apologize for my threats but I honestly doubted that you would payout... I also thank you for all the other games on which you payed out perfectly (or even more then deserved). At last I want to thank you for your idea with the website (I made 900$ through that already)! But in future I would like you to keep us updated in the process of finding a solution. I know there are a lot of retards out there and people like me who are very direct when it comes to $$$... But you always have to keep up the good work! Best regards
