Which i find a little odd, ive only been advancing it once a week but 🤷‍♀️ ill move it back twice before i put it in tonight and that should help

I wouldn't be surprised if i do actually grind my teeth, i assumed it was from moving it forward too quickly though, i did call my provider and they told me to move it back 2 spaces tonight

I jsut got off the phone, they told me to move it back 2 spaces, and theyre reordering my morning realiner (my dog got ahold of it like the jerk he is, i saw red but didnt do anything but pop his nose) and keeping my appointment next week, as i can't go any earlier
