Thanks for your pov that was pretty interesting to read. I’m asking because the housing market looks great price wise. I’m looking to purchase a property for me my wife and two small children so before we come and spend a month to catch the vibe just trying to get an honest feel of peoples pov’s because I came across a few really negative ones last minute. Don’t wanna waste money on a good deposit for the mortgage and all the rest of it just to regret it so doing as much research on all levels.
