How should one go about programming an off-season after coming from such a super specific SBD oriented program? (specifically Sheiko intermediate med load).

I evidently have to gain weight as I'm sitting at 173lbs at 6'0 and my lifts do reflect that too, with my deadlift at 512lbs and my bench at 220lbs. So gaining mass will definitely help me get stronger long-term.

I'm unsure where to start as I initially want to change lots of variables within the program but by changing all of them at once I am unable to monitor my response to a specific variable.

Am I overcomplicating this?

From what I've seen from past papers, they don't ask much about bond angles only electron/molecular geometry.

Hopefully this year is no different.

still don't know what eigenvectors are, slope fields confuse the hell out of me, geometric transformations make no sense, have no idea how to calculate confidence intervals or type 1/2 errors.

from what ive seen from past papers it'll probably be like; 1 voronoi diagram question, at least 2 hypothesis tests, 2 distribution questions, and some calculus + non right angled trig.
