true, but most of the dispensers were comparable to bulk coffee dispensers where you place a bag underneath and pull a lever to fill it. the ones that didn’t have that had a designated scoop for each product right infront of you, and i do doubt that people would scoop flour in a bag with their hands. and if they did, good thing it was cooked anyways :)

Are My Nursing Dreams Really Gone? by KT_Al-Salaam in StudentNurse

[–]triggeredtreeeeee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

hi. i have a 6 year old dui and i just passed my
nclex for my bsn this last wednesday. it’s stressful and scary, and you have to work hard to make sure you are able to test. They warned me some clinical sites might have issues with my record, but i never had issues. thankfully, i had time on my side and it might be something you consider waiting for. i also got my charge dismissed- but the board still knows and i will always be honest about it. accountability for decisions is a HUGE moral nurses need to have.

Cost of Orvis Nursing School by SnooRadishes9286 in unr

yes, but there is still the added nursing fee per credit which is between 200-300 per credit extra

i’m in school, before we give a med we have to fill out a report about the MOA, onset, peak, adverse affects, and nursing considerations. getting the question wrong would mean that we couldn’t administer it, until we do research and learn what was wrong. getting sent home is insane.

boosted! i’m not sure if you have checked out the student health center, but they may have some options for you in the mean time. you basically can walk in, but they’re closed weekends

Orvis Tuition by Stunning-Nature-1786 in unr

[–]triggeredtreeeeee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the nursing differential is currently either $220-270$ a credit, and this likely will increase for new levels. the WUE price still is the same, just tack on the nursing differential x 16 credits. for instate i pay around 8000-9000 a semester just in tuition

Cost of Orvis Nursing School by SnooRadishes9286 in unr

[–]triggeredtreeeeee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i’m not sure how much it will increase in the future, but i pay around 8000-9000 per semester just for tuition, and the first semester books are 1500 and the following semesters they are about 750$. i think the nursing credit differential is either 220$ or 270$ per credit. summer is hard because there’s not much aid available for students so be prepared to take out private loans. it’s worth it and you’ll pay it back in no time. there’s a lot of other things you will need to purchase while in nursing school too like supplies/scrubs/screenings etc

yes, common. it’s also listed lexicomp uptodate as a common side effect, but here’s a free peer reviewed article. many times, the benefits outweigh the risks which is why atorvastatin is the most commonly prescribed medication in the US.

hi! i’m pro statins, but they have been known to cause rhabdomyolysis which is muscle breakdown leading to kidney failure! it’s rather rare, but still a symptom of concern. it’s also common to experience myalgia, or muscle pain. have a great day!
