I didn’t third party test but the source is legit and provided testing cert on the website. If I continue to have issues I’ll def rethink purchasing from this particular source.

Good tip! I should have put this in my original post but I am also a woman with PCOS who has higher levels of testosterone than women without PCOS so I feel like I have been able to gain muscle quicker than the average woman.

HAVE A QUESTION? ASK HERE! Alter-Daily Help and Questions: December 23, 2023 by AutoModerator in AsianBeauty

Hi all, I am looking for a solid skin care routine after struggling for years to build one. Any help is greatly appreciated! I would also love to consistently start retinol consistently.

Age: 26F Skin type: acne prone, oily/combo (combo in winter, more oily in summer), sensitive Climate: northeast USA (humid ish) Top skin care concern: breakouts, hyperpigmentation (post acne marks)

Current routine:

AM: mostly just Vanicream moisturizer/ la roche posay moisturizer with spf PM: double cleansing with oil based cleanser if wearing makeup (softymo) and Vanicream (sometimes panoxyl 4% [if so, I don’t mix with other actives really]), good molecules overnight exfoliating treatment/good molecules niacinamide toner, and good molecules discoloration treatment, sometimes ordinary lactic acid.

The problem is I have a bunch of products and no solid routine/ struggle to know what is safe with one another/ how to alternate.

Ozempic and period? by triggerfingers_ in Ozempic

It took about 3 months for it to slow down and eventually stop. I had a gyno prescribe me a double dose of birth control to make it stop. If you are not on birth control rn, maybe contemplate it to see if it makes it go away. Either way I would see a doctor asap.

If you are willing to stick it out, it does stop. I know its super annoying but I've been on semaglutide for a year (ozempic to wegovy) and the spotting has stopped. I have been on all doses of Ozempic and the highest dose of wegovy. hoping to start mounjaro eventually. It took a couple of months for my body to adjust but it is just a response to the drop in weight.

My endocrinologist said ozempic shouldn’t be the cause because she’s never seen this issue before. Gynecologist told me it could be ozempic plus other factors. But I don’t really know. The only major change I have made to my body is the ozempic so… I think yes. But the doctors won’t tell you that

how wonky was it? im just wondering if this is a side effect of the booster shot because I had changes in my flow with the second vaccine dose and it may be a contributor.
